Pump and Manifold

In order to facilitate the brew process, I needed a pump manifold to direct the flow of liquids back and forth from the HLK to the mash tun.  And then to separately recirculate in the mash tun.  And then also to separately whirlpool in the kettle.  And then finally to run out from the kettle to the fermentors.

After considerable drawing of plans and assembling of tees and elbows and valves and hose connections, followed by several rounds of testing to isolate and remove leaks, the system was finally operational.  The full process of brewing on the BrewBolt system is documented here.
