My local supplier enabled a driveway pickup, so I was able to get ingredients. A few recipe modifications had to be made due to
unavailability (all Centennial hops due to Cascade out of stock, 1272 rather than the usual 1056, British pale base rather than Maris Otter, but it's a very similar beer.
It was an expedited production process, eight days from grain to glass. You can see the clarity is not quite there, but it will settle out over the coming days.
Glad to be brewing again and have the flagship flowing.
